जाती ना पूछो साधु की ,पूछ लीजिए ज्ञान ।
मोल करो तलवार का, पड़ा रहन दो म्यान ॥

Jaati na pucho sadhu ki,puch lijiye gyan
mole karo talvar ka,pada renan do myan...

Ask not caste of a good soul, ask for wisdom prudence,
Value ever the essence, disregard outer appearence.

Do not ask the caste of a holy man, ask about his knoweldge,
bargain the price of sword, leave the scabbard alone.
